What's happening

  1. Oct 12, 2026

    All in on startups

Stopped positioning around client web work. One focus now, building products and shipping upstream, and going after startup programs.

  2. Oct 1, 2026

    Grip 0.8.4 published to PyPI

Published the next release of grip-browser, my CDP-native browser SDK for AI agents. Available on PyPI, alongside grip-search from the same repository.

  3. Oct 1, 2026

Working on AI model behavior research

Developed two research drafts on how models respond to confident incorrect claims and how errors spread through conversation history. Ran controlled experiments and documented what the results can and cannot support.

  4. Sep 29, 2026

    Improving open-source tools

Continued contributing to WebdriverIO, CapyMOA, River, and Presidio. Focused on the parts developers rely on every day, including clear failures, repeatable runs, working exports, and discoverable configuration.

  5. Sep 20, 2026

    Started contributing upstream

Put more time into improving open-source tools beyond my own projects. Started with failure handling in WebdriverIO, then worked on reproducibility and public interfaces in machine learning libraries.

  6. Sep 17, 2026

Shipped Basis for the Stocklana hackathon

Every tokenized stock on Solana trades at a price that is not the real price. Basis shows the gap live — tier 1 is tradeable and routes a swap through Jupiter, tier 2 is pre-IPO relative value and gets no swap control ever, enforced by a test asserting the exact key set rather than by convention.

  7. Aug 29, 2026

    ns-ui — 534 components, and a playbook for how

298 to 534 in three weeks, added in rounds rather than one dump. Round 8a got its own write-up — how the round was actually run — so the next one is repeatable instead of remembered. CLI at 0.10.0, MCP server at 0.9.0.

  8. Aug 12, 2026

grip 0.8.0 — the actions that reported success and did nothing

click() returned ok on disabled, off-screen and overlay-covered elements. type() bypassed React and Vue value trackers. Every action snapshotted before the page settled. Three releases in one day, plus typed passwords no longer reaching snapshot text, the model, or traces.

  9. Aug 11, 2026

Wrote up the cost-router benchmark and the grip security fix

Two posts — why the cheaper-per-token model cost 2-7x more per task, and how a navigation policy enforced in one function was bypassable by the second line of the quickstart.

  10. Aug 10, 2026

Shipped grip 0.6.0 — CLI, MCP server, and a security fix

NavigationPolicy was enforced in one function and nowhere else, so allow_private=False was bypassable by an ordinary Page.goto(). Enforcement moved to CDP Fetch interception, plus a grip CLI and 8 MCP tools.

  11. Aug 6, 2026

    Shipped ns-ui — 298 components, live registry

A component registry you install by URL, no package to depend on. Gated by a Playwright suite that fails any component whose hover looks identical to its resting state.

  12. Aug 4, 2026

Released sigeval — pytest for LLMs that isn't flaky

Evals as proportions with confidence intervals. PASS, FAIL, or INCONCLUSIVE — no more green builds flipping red on sampling noise.

  13. Jul 21, 2026

Benchmarked the cost-router until it killed itself

Built an event-driven LLM request pipeline, then benchmarked its cost-routing feature out of existence — the cheaper-per-token model cost 2-7x more per task.

  14. Jul 15, 2026

Shipped Curb for the Monad Spark hackathon

A wallet with a daily spending limit — the contract custodies your funds and refuses anything over the cap. Built, tested, security-reviewed and deployed solo.

  15. Jul 12, 2026

    Going deep on machine learning

Started learning ML from the fundamentals up — not the API-wrapper version, the actual math and mechanics. Building small models by hand to understand what's really happening under the abstractions I've been shipping on top of.

  16. Jul 9, 2026

SAC Capital CLI — 0.1.3 with outcome attribution

Shipped sac-capital 0.1.3 to PyPI. New outcome attribution links every trade back to the reasoning that made it, so you can score which theses actually paid off — not just whether the account went up.

  17. Jul 7, 2026

    Noctiq rebuilt, backend live

Rebuilt end to end. Supabase in production, full funnel instrumented, paywall drafted. Pre-submission.

  18. Jul 7, 2026

AI Health Coach app foundation shipped

From research to real. Multi-source health — WHOOP, Oura, Strava, Apple Health — with a manual plan builder and an adaptive advisor that reads live data.

  19. Jul 4, 2026

    SAC Capital CLI on PyPI

Shipped the public `sac` CLI — sac-capital 0.1.1. AI trading agent, installable, hardening and strategy PRs merged the same day.

  20. Jun 16, 2026

    Started Helm and Toolfence

Two dev-infra bets in a day. Helm — a deploy layer for internal agents. Toolfence — an MCP security scanner, 12 checks, published to npm.

  21. Jun 16, 2026

    Shipped Command Center v1.5

Multi-agent org canvas — hire, fire, and delegate between agents on the Claude Agent SDK. 32/32 tests, two live e2e runs against the real SDK.

  22. Jun 1, 2026
